• Transactional Risk Advisory: Operating in unfamiliar industries, in unstable markets or regions or with unknown partners is often a source of significant risk to individuals and commercial enterprises. K2 assists clients in initiating and operating profitable businesses by assessing industry and country-specific risks, identifying and reviewing potential business partners, mapping the competitive landscape and assessing embedded regulatory risks. K2’s pre-transactional analysis goes well beyond the standard due diligence process by delivering unique insights about prospective targets and uncovering undisclosed information through sophisticated and legal means.
• Dispute Resolution: Our professionals have decades of experience working with clients involved in important litigation battles, hostile takeovers and proxy fights. K2’s expertise in extensive research and investigative campaigns and international asset searches, as well as our strong law enforcement relationships, provide invaluable resources to our clients in the face of complex legal and financial disputes.
